It facilitates daily operation and maintenance work. Staff can remotely monitor device status in real time without on-site visits and improve work efficiency. The platform is newly equipped with remote maintenance functions for data acquisition instruments, supporting remote debugging for operation and maintenance personnel and Lamstar technical engineers. As a web-based instrument management system tailored for customer operation and maintenance, it enables remote viewing of equipment operating status and test data, as well as remote control of instruments, which significantly boosts work efficiency. The platform provides two access entrances: web client and mini-program.
