TOC-Total Organic Carbon On-line Water Quality Analyzer
Product Introduction
The PhotoTek 6000 automatic on-line total organic carbon (TOC) monitor is developed for pollution source wastewater (high-chroma, high-chlorine and high-salinity wastewater) and surface water. Based on the national standard Water Quality — Determination of Total Organic Carbon — Combustion Oxidation Non-dispersive Infrared Absorption Method (HJ 501-2009), it is widely used to determine TOC (COD) in water bodies in environmental protection, water conservancy, chemical industry, municipal engineering and other fields.
Product Features
• Equipped with zero point verification, range verification, automatic standard sample verification and automatic calibration functions, fully complying with the new national standards for pollution sources and surface water.
• Dual measurement modes for TOC and COD, displaying both values simultaneously.
• Capable of stable testing for samples with high chloride and high salinity (up to 40g/L), suitable for various sewage and surface water.
• Self-synthesized catalyst with long service life (over 6 months for high-salinity water samples) to reduce operation and maintenance costs.
• Eco-friendly design with no mercury-containing hazardous waste and low reagent consumption, requiring infrequent reagent replacement and waste liquid treatment.
• Strong anti-interference capability; large-diameter pipeline and anti-fouling mode ensure long-term stable measurement for water with high chroma and turbidity.
• Fast measurement (8-15 minutes per test) to meet the demand for real-time continuous monitoring.
Application Scenarios
Municipal sewage, industrial wastewater, surface water and rainwater.
