pH On-line Monitoring & Analyzing Instrument
Product Introduction
Developed for pollution sources and surface water, this instrument complies with the national standard Technical Requirements for Automatic pH Analyzers for Water Quality (HJ 96-2003), Water Quality — Determination of pH Value — Glass Electrode Method (GB9620-86) as well as HJ1404, HJ915.X series and HJ212. It can accurately, rapidly, economically and eco-friendly determine pH value of water, and is widely used for water monitoring in environmental protection, water conservancy, chemical industry, municipal engineering and other fields.
Product Features
• High-strength sensing bulb for anti-breakage and excellent measurement performance.
• Thickened adhesive layer and gel reference solution for higher stability.
• Pre-calibrated digital sensor with built-in parameters; stable data output immediately after on-site installation to reduce inspection and commissioning time.
• Supports two-point calibration with standard pH solutions (pH7.00 / pH4.01); able to view electrode slope, zero point and other status information to judge electrode health.
• Configurable digital filtering and pH/temperature offset correction to improve data stability for on-site comparison and calibration.
• Equipped with RS485 + Modbus protocol; supports reading pH, temperature, signal mV, slope, zero point and calibration records for system integration and remote maintenance.
• Double salt bridge reference design resists free chlorine and reverse osmosis pollution for longer service life.
• Integrated solution grounding enhances anti-interference capability and prevents data fluctuation.
Application Scenarios
Drinking water sources, watershed control sections, river discharge outlets and special water bodies.
